In a nutshell we will respect your privacy, security and trust. We only collect information relevant to providing great service. Sensitive information is always kept private and secure. We wont fill your inbox with spam, and we will only share your contact information with vetted sponsors or partners when you say its ok.

Limited attendance
The total number of attendees will be limited. Registration may be closed off prior to the event without notice. In this case, potential attendees will be added to a first come first served wait list.

Attendee Verification
Verification of identity and employment may be required at event check in. Any photo ID along with a company business card, pay stub, or company credit card is acceptable.

Cancellation, Refunds, and Substitutions
If, after registering, you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person. You must submit the person’s name and contact information via email at least 72 hrs prior to the event. Optionally, you may also choose to roll your purchase over to the next year’s event. This request must be submitted via email prior to the original conference. Alternatively, a refund may also be given, minus a 5% processing fee. Refunds requests must be made no less than 4 weeks prior to the event (Sept 6th).

In the event that the conference is postponed due to natural disaster or any other cause beyond WedSmith’s control, we will make every effort to reschedule. Paid registrations will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event. If you choose not to attend the rescheduled conference, WedSmith will provide a full refund upon written request from the registrant.

Intellectual Property Rights
Wedsmith retains all intellectual property rights, and copyrights of trademarks, names, logos, photography and other content of this page and WedSmith events. License or right to use any trademark or content is not granted without the prior written permission of WedSmith. Some content may be provided by 3rd parties, in which case the respective owner or creator retains the original rights.
