Presentation Topic: Creating Marketing Results You’ll Need to Compete

Harmony Walton is the founder of The Bridal Bar®, a complimentary wedding resource library with locations in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Atlanta. A pioneer of the one-stop wedding shop model, The Bridal Bar invites couples in to experience wedding concepts that come to life with the convenience of one central location, with some of the best in the bridal business represented. Since its inception, The Bridal Bar has become the go-
to Hollywood wedding resource with a client list that reads like an awards show roster including Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, and Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett, among many others. Thanks to its success, The Bridal Bar has been featured in over 100+ media outlets, including Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight, The New Yorker, The Associated Press, The Los Angeles Times, InStyle Weddings, Town and Country Weddings, and People Magazine. Harmony is also a contributing writer to a handful of national and regional publications, and is the previous editorial director and senior producer for a national wedding television show.

Over the years The Bridal Bar has expanded into other markets, most notably growing into cities beyond its Los Angeles hub and most recently launching the Bridal Bar Home by Jennifer Adams collection, a joint retail venture featuring luxury bed linens for discerning wedding guests, newlyweds, and nesters. Up next, The Bridal Bar plans to launch an exciting new website, dedicated to bringing the best in bridal across the globe to the fingertips of its audience…stay tuned!

Challenged with marketing not only a new brand but a new business model in the marketplace, Harmony Walton took her start-up company with virtually no advertising budget and put it at the forefront of the industry, in over 100+ media outlets, and in the lives of her target clients. From the perspective of a previous television producer, bridal editor, and someone who continues to market her business independently, she will take you through the cornerstones and steps needed to ingrain your business into the minds of your key audience. By looking at how to anchor what messages from an intentional and strategic position of the WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, WHY AND HOW, Harmony will share with you the ways in which marketing your business brings about the results you need to compete.
